Getting to know you

Your home should be an authentic reflection of you. Our process always starts with getting to know you. We want to understand how you'd like to feel and function in the space, and what kinds of results you'd like to see from our work together. During our initial consultation, we will discuss a design direction, how you want your space to feel, the scope of work, your investment estimate and our fee structure. Conceptual design

This is where our greatest value lies. It's where we take in all of your input and desires, consider the location and architecture of your home, and the needs of your family. We truly envision your project from all of these angles, making sure that spaces flow from one room to another, that they fit your lifestyle, family, and aesthetic. During this phase we will confirm the design direction, layout and investment estimate of the project.

Detailed design

After conceptual design, our team digs into the details. Elevation, sketches for custom pieces, and lots of sourcing dominate this time. In this phase, we complete selections in accordance with the approved inspiration board, and finalize floor plans. Then, we propose all items for your approval. We showcase the summary of the design components in our details design presentation. There, you will see each fabric, finish, and detail all tied back to your approved scope and investment estimate.

Purchasing and Execution

All purchasing and execution goes through us. Once proposals are signed and payments are received, orders are placed and a timeline is set. We communicate with suppliers and contractors on the specific details that make the design really "sing". If your project includes a renovation, this is where the construction begins.

We oversee and coordinate deliveries and installations. Our team will be on site for the installations to ensure that the transformation is complete and that we've created the home of your dreams.
