Full Service Design
From concept to completion, we work with you every step of the way to bring your vision to life - or help you discover it. We’ve built strong relationships with quality builders, trades, and suppliers. We provide a streamlined design and project management service that creates beautiful custom interiors of all sizes.
1) Discovery Meeting: We set up an appointment to visit the project and ascertain your goals, family life and unique needs. This will help us calculate the design fee and furnishing investment for your project.
2) Getting Down to Business: Once the Agreement is signed and after you approve the Design and Furnishings Investment, and the deposit is paid, we are ready for the fun creative stuff.
3) Visualization Meeting: We present our conceptual designs in a visual presentation and walk you through each thoughtful choice. On design approval, the balance of the Design Investment is due.
4) The Details: This is where it all starts to come to life! We get to work developing the digital floor plans, key elevations, and sourcing. We gather tactile samples of fabric, tiles, hardwoods, countertops, etc. and bring them all together in a way that visually represents the space. Then we meet again to ensure everything is coming together as you imagined.
5) Hitting The Ground Running: We meet with the contractors to review the scope of work, complete all purchasing and execution, as well as manage deliveries and installations with ongoing site visits to review the progress.
6) Installation: The most exciting part of all! Bringing it all together with those special little touches, your home is ready to enjoy!
Online Design
You’re confident in your vision but appreciate direction. Pull together your space with a professional designer who can lead you on the right path and consider details you might have missed. For rooms that need full renovations or construction, please see our Full Service package.
1) Your design experience begins with a questionnaire that helps us understand your style and project. We will review your timeline, budget, photographs, and measurements of your space. Remember, let us know if there are any furniture pieces or decor items you plan on keeping (and measure those too!).
2) Our professional design team begins curating your design vision. We provide detailed plans and elevations indicating where all furniture, decor, and art should be placed. We supply a complete shopping list of items so that you can begin your ordering process.
3) You have the tools to style your room with seamless execution. Don’t forget to send us a picture!

They have seen our website and love the end product of our projects but can’t see how this would apply that to their own space. At Masellis Designs we collaborate with our clients and through our design process help our clients to envision their homes in a brand new way. Using tools such as AutoCAD, 3D rendering programs, and presentations that are made up of actual samples to touch and feel clients have a clear understanding of what space can look like.
At Masellis Designs we have a step by step process from start to finish for any project no matter the scale. From the initial phone call, first consultation, and right through to project completion you are involved in the entire process. You will know the goal and outline of each phase and receive regular updates and progress summaries. You will know the construction schedule and be aware of how the project is moving through the timeline. All floor plans, elevations, finishes, and materials for each space will be presented to you and only ordered upon approval. That being said, if you are a client that would prefer a more hands-off approach this is best communicated at the beginning of the project so we are aware of your preferences.
We downsized from a 4 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom condo with ease, thanks to Leanne. She measured and utilized every inch of our new space and incorporated our favourite furniture and art.
